Prospective participants are required to complete and submit an online application form available on our website. The form will collect essential information such as personal details, background in Dawah, and recommendation letter from Dawah organization or mosque.

 

2. Application Review and Evaluation

 

Our team will conduct an initial review to ensure applicants meet the basic eligibility criteria. This may include factors such as age, educational qualifications, Dawah background, commitment, and any specific requirements outlined for the training program. Furthermore, we will consider the potential impact of the training on the applicant's personal and organizational growth.

 

3. Shortlisting and Telephone Interview

 

Shortlisted candidates will be notified and may be required to engage in a phone call with one of our panelists. The objective of the phone call is to get to know the candidates in detail and consider factors such as candidates enthusiasm. We also might need candidates to provide additional information if needed. This stage aims to delve deeper into the candidates' motivations and aspirations related to the training program.

 

4. Interview via Online Platform

 

Selected candidates may be invited for a virtual or in-person interview. This step allows us to better understand the candidates' perspectives and assess their suitability for the program.

 

5. Final Selection

 

The final selection will be made based on a combination of application materials, interview performance, and the alignment of the candidate's goals with the objectives of the training program.

 

6. Notification

7. Program Enrollment

 

Accepted participants will receive  an Acceptance Letter, and  participants will be given further details on the program schedule, curriculum, and any additional requirements for successful enrollment.
